Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and Artur Rossi, an individual based in Brazil ("we", "Relook"). By using the Relook app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Our Privacy policy explains how data is handled.
The service and AI-generated content
Relook lets you share a post or a photo of an outfit, identifies the garments, renders a catalog-style picture of each, matches them against your closet and finds similar items in stores.
Renders and matches are generated by AI and can be wrong. They may not look exactly like the real garment, and a match is a suggestion, not a guarantee. Store results and prices come from third parties and may be out of date or unavailable. Check details with the store before you buy.
Your content and our license to process it
You keep ownership of the photos you share. You give us a limited license to upload, process and temporarily store them, and to send them to our AI and search providers, only to provide the service to you. We do not use your photos for advertising or sell them.
Only share images you have the right to use. Posts you share from other apps may belong to their creators.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- share explicit or sexualized content;
- share any content involving minors in a sexual or inappropriate way;
- scrape, or use bots or automation to call the service;
- reverse engineer the app or its server;
- work around usage limits, bans or the paywall;
- use the service to break the law or harm others.
Fair use and daily limits
We set daily limits to keep the service fast and affordable. The limits can differ between free and Relook Pro, and we may change them. Counters reset automatically.
Relook Pro subscriptions
Relook Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, currently weekly at US$6.99 or annual at US$49.99, with local prices shown at purchase. Some offers include a 3-day free trial, and a discounted annual offer may be shown if you leave the paywall.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- If you cancel during a trial you are not charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you subscribe.
- We will give notice of price changes, and Apple will ask for your consent where required.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, through reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them ourselves.
The free tier includes an unlimited closet, analysis of shared posts, and a bundled sample look. Renders are locked behind Relook Pro.
Third-party stores and links
Links open stores we do not control. Purchases are between you and the store, and their terms and privacy policies apply. We may use affiliate links and earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Termination and bans
You can stop using Relook at any time by deleting the app. We may refuse content, limit access or ban a device, for example after three refusals for prohibited content (a 30-day ban), or for abuse of the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of AI results or availability. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for purchases you make from third parties, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live.
Age
Relook is not for children under 13 and is aimed at adults.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the app or on this page. Using Relook after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes go to the courts of Brazil, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
